• Turning over DIFOT results from 68% to 89% with in 7 months time frame.• Working closely with cross functional team pertaining to achieve Key Performance Index.• Manage day to day Inventory situations and work closely with Outbound, Inbound and 3PL for smooth product flow• Conduct bi weekly review/Quater Business Review with 3PL to discuss and detect about the daily inventory issues such as short pick, and fully utilize 3PL resources.• Reiterate Warehouse operation process to 3rd party logistics and ensure we are on compliance track. • Maintain high Inventory accuracy• Built Inventory SOP and P&P.• Discover the most cost-effective Inventory Processes.• Responsible for 3party logistics Cycle Counts and Stock Takes• Prepare scheduled Logistics Costs, Key performance index (KPI) and other related reports accordingly• Validate monthly Logistics Invoices from 3rd party logistics and other suppliers• Work with Manager yearly on Logistics Budget preparation• Track key performance index and report on supply chain’s performance• Responsible on return to vendor (RTV) / product returns process and communications.• Overall responsible of the warehouse day to day operations (Outbound)• Manage day to day Inventory situations and work closely with Outbound, Inbound and 3PL for smooth product flow• Responsible for 3PL Cycle Counts and Stock Takes• Validate monthly Logistics Invoices from 3PL and other suppliers• Work with Manager yearly on Logistics Budget preparation• Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance• Responsible on RTV / product returns process and communications.• Checking precisely on SKU on footwear, apparel and equipment to ensure deliver all important SKU on time.
