Manage multiple enterprise products and related service offerings that serves over 130,000 users across Duke Health, University, Clinical Research etc...Provide insights through data analytics for Business Intelligence, Predictive Modeling, KPIs, scorecards and visualization reports.Manage yearly budgets, product strategy, vision and roadmap for the products and services offered.Develop innovative solutions to shape new capabilities needed for business development and growth. Automate server and storage provisioning for faster turnaround on standard requests and processes.Develop next generation user portal and mobile device experienceProvide faster insights to Information Security office for response to security incidents, vulnerabilities and better threat intelligence. Hiring/Staffing, Performance reviews, Coach/mentor new managers/leads, Vendor relationships and Contact negotiationsCollaborate with Business, Senior Executives and Product teams on key initiatives and projects Follow policies and procedures as outlined for compliance, minimize risk and ensure security of data and systems. Work with auditors for future actions as needed.

Work closely with management in the COO, CISO and CTO functional areas to manage and control healthcare IT projects, to ensure completion on time, to budget and meeting customer needs. Contribute to defining and evolving standard PMO processes, such as IT Service Request Innovation Process (stage gate approval), and IT Operations ITIL-based Process.
