My Role here includes:*Handling Entire outlet universe within Pune and PCMC area along with Up-country for On and OFF premises.*Ensuring the availability and listing of the BIO and Reserve brands across outlet universe.*Responsible for Sales & Distribution Channel management development.*Handling 2 Distribution Hubs simultaneously along with a Team of 20+ on filed sales executives.*Overseeing primary, secondary & tertiary volumes of the Retail, Key accounts and modern tradeaccounts for all VBEV product portfolio.*Designing and Execution's of Plan for success (Target Achievement, Great Relationship, Managing relationship to grow the business).*Nurturing Leads to closure of stock orders and ensuring timely delivery to the key outlets.*Ensuring Brand Visibility and Merchandising on all On & Off Premises outlets for VBEV offered alcobev brands.*Planning and adding new ways to position the products and increase the value proposition bysampling and organizing Wine & Dine festivals with key ON Premise outlets for wines tasting and brand promotional activities.

Role Here included:*Managing entire channel operations of Integrated facility management business of Goa SBU.*Responsible as the P&L account holder for entire Goa state business.*Have handled a ground force of 470+ employees with 22 clients across Goa for service operations.*Introduced existing clients with new vertical’s of IFM services in SBU, viz., “Pest Control”, “M&E” and “Payroll Management”.*Driving operations, human capital and support teams to ensure the delivery as per the SLA(Service Level Agreement).

The Portfolio Key Deliverables here included:* Prominent Advertising Site Identification & Acquisition as per AOP budget of Clients.* New Outdoor Campaign launch in coordination with regional vendors and Clients within the specified time lines.* Monitoring sites & Competition Tracking (Monthly MIS reporting).* Planning & Allocating of cluster production budget as per clients product/services launch plans.* Responsible for special tasks like Zonal launches, New town launch Events & Sponsorship.* Suggesting all ATL & BTL communication to best suite local flavor in Alliance with CircleMarcom team.* Timely Vendor payments & Tracking for smooth & healthy business functioning.* Managing, controlling and coordinating with merchandising team for effective implementationof POS (semi & soft) at retail outlets.* Coordinating for branding and on Premises activities at authorized Retail Sales Stores.* Planning and arranging Retailers Meet & Great Events.* Responsible for conceptualizing, Designing and Managing Tailor made solutions as per clientrequirement for Brand launch and successive Branding thereafter.* Monitoring training sessions at various key outlets in order to improve brand image andeducate consumers about new brands offering being served during my service tenure.* Executing promotion and brand endorsement schemes through the help of direct sales team.* Providing suggestions for strategic sites for endorsement of brands and hence enhancing brand building exercise by virtue of Science of Spot visibility time.* Formulating new promotional campaigns and tracking the same for the effectiveness/revenueimpact.

As the Channel Partner for Safex, My job profile included to handle the In-Bound and Out- Bound domestic and International Cargo. Managing the proper delivery schedule and on-time delivery and pick-up to clients with back-end Team Coordination.Handling warehousing and distribution for MNC clients such as HP, HILTI, SAMSUNG, NOKIA ,etc for there product storage and customized delivery schedules.National parallel launch of retail and other merchandise was our core competence, one such example was the pan India unleashing of HARRY POTTER new series which was scheduled for launching the SAME DAY and SAME TIME across India and which was successfully done by me and my team.
