•To study & prepare Government tenders of Line frequency (Mobile & Fix), High frequency (Mobile & Fix), C-Arm with IITV and FPD, HF Mobile, Fixed Digital Radiography machines & Cath lab•Installations information and repair work of above-mentioned equipment•Communicate with factory teams, Stakeholders, Engineering teams and 3rd parties to develop Concept, better project management and reduce barriers for execution•To prepare Prebid points as per requirement in tender. If no Prebid points, observations to be sent to concern infield•To complete all the tender formalities related to technical documentation (i.e. European CE, ISO, AERB,USFDA, CDSCO, ICMED, Performance certificates, Purchase orders and Performance statements•To update internal data bank by updating user list, performance statement, recent purchase order & performance certificates•Follow up with Salesperson / Area in charge for Pre-Bid form and minutes of meeting related to the allocated tender and Coordination with Sales team and get updates about current market plans•To check Lock-in specs, budgetary quotes and send it to area in-charge / back-end Govt. sales team for onward action•Checking of the OPS this is given by central backend Govt. Sales team and Maintain customer system documentation with any configuration or model changes•Update and send the daily working report to the complete team•Doing E-tendering•Involved in activities such as Price Negotiation, Vendor dealing and follow-up of procurement activities•B2B meetings and procedures (Virtual conference via MS Teams and Zoom)•Implementation and management of Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) programs•Develop and implement product qualification protocols•Involved in Documentation and testing of all processes and handled Post go-live support and issues•Attending conferences and trade shows to promote and provide knowledge about products•Attending phone calls and emails from customer end with a view to promote and promotions of products
