My practice focuses primarily on private finance transactions and private equity matters. I have extensive experience in a wide variety of private debt financings, acquisition financings, leveraged buy-outs, and debt restructurings. I have worked on numerous merger and acquisition transactions in a range of industries on behalf of private equity funds, hedge funds, family offices and public and private companies. In addition, I regularly serves as outside general counsel to several international clients doing business in the United States.
