Responsible for the monthly scheduling of recurrent training as well as aircraft initial training for over 900 pilots between 5 fleets operated by NetJets. Crew Members are scheduled according to the rules established in the collective bargaining agreement between the company and union, as well as training regulations set forth by FAR part 121 and 135. It is necessary to be well versed in these regulations to ensure compliance at all times. The responsibilities of the position necessitates an acute attention to detail as well as strong organizational skills which are assisted by various programs which have been specifically modified by our IT department to assist with the unique scheduling tasks of a fractional ownership charter airline model. Eastern Division

Worked on Natural Gas wells in Eastern Ohio. As a rig drills the initial well bore, the Mudlogger collects data and records it on a mud log, essentially a vertical or horizontal representation depicting the time line of the drilling process. A mudlogger is meant to provide yet another information source to the company man while drilling and also to act as the eyes and ears of the company geologist who is not able to be on site. Duties include: Rigging up and rigging down equipment; collecting rock samples every 30-50ft, determining the lithology and recording it on the mud log; monitoring gas data, ensuring safe levels and consistency with connections; producing daily reports; being informed an knowledgeable about rig events and activities; and recording ROP, Gamma Ray data on the mud log. Worked as part of the Sales Support Team which specialized in over 70 tasks pertinent to the sales of Nationwide Annuity and Life Products in order to help promote efficiency during the sales process and reduce Not In Good Order issues. Tasks included, but were not limited to, 1) compiling and distributing product, and state, specific annuity applications to financial advisers, 2) Arranging leads lists for the life department, 3) Processing Health Care Assessment Tools which help predict the amount of Health Care and Long Term Care costs that clients will face in retirement.

Project Jericho is a collaboration between Clark State Performing Arts Center and Job and Family Services of Clark County, which aims to change lives through positive in-depth arts experiences for at-risk youth and families. Specifically I was involved in the Positive Repercussions African Drum circle in which met two to three times a week. I helped to instruct over twenty students while emphasizing that the discipline and teamwork needed to form a drum circle can be a positive skill to spill over to other parts of their lives.
