As the Fleet Manager I am responsible for all aspects of fleet maintenance on 54 school buses and 10 support vehicles. I create the monthly PM schedule, handle all warranty aspects, handle all parts purchasing and budgeting on the districts SDS system, fuel ordering and budgeting, control driver defect reports and communicate with bus drivers, transportation director and the districts CFO with regards to fleet maintenance. Also supervise one full time mechanic and fill in as a bus driver when needed.

Responsible for all aspects of fleet maintenance on 50 bus fleet including procurement of parts and services, fleet schedule compliance, parts budget, weekly KPI reports, communicate bus availability to general manager and dispatchers. Also was the main technician on the shop floor.
