Co-Founder and patent holding inventor of Hamboards, the landsurfing skateboards that I pitched on ABCs Shark Tank, where I was offered a deal by Robert Herjavec. At Hamboards I learned the ins and out of grassroots marketing and branding, building a mainly direct to consumer, e-commerce business at a time when it was abnormal for small businesses to allow customers to click "Add to Cart", enter in credit card information and hit "Confirm Purchase" on a website. We went viral on Facebook and YouTube before social media was even considered a marketing tool and have since successfully developed Hamboards into a known entity in the surf/skate industry with a thriving community and surprisingly broad brand-recognition (I'm still surprised how often people I meet have already heard about Hamboards). After Hamboards I jumped into the agency world where I honed my digital marketing chops at a number of different creative and ad agencies interfacing with clients to find specific needs, building and implementing strategies based on market insights with clear objectives designed to exceed the goals of our clients.
