I am the founder and president of Impulse Power Therapeutics, a biotechnology and pharmaceutical company focused on stem cell biology and cancer therapies. We believe healthcare is a human right and that for-profit medicine is stupid and unethical. Our mission is to provide safer, more effective cancer therapies at dramatically lower cost. Our technology uses a completely different approach than traditional cancer treatments. Rather than killing tumor cells, we use inexpensive, nontoxic, metabolites to force cell differentiation in tumor stem cells. This reverses treatment resistance, makes cancer treatments more effective and greatly improves cure rates. This decreases side effects and health care costs making cancer care more affordable for all. We currently have a medical device under development and a drug candidate entering phase 2 clinical trials.
