Partnering business units managers to grow sales and improve profitability of Visy Recycling through Commercial focus. Lead pricing, portfolio management, commercial performance improvement, analytics and insights across growth, value management and retention as well as reducing commercial exposure to the business and expenditure.> Lead the preparation of business cases for all major tenders, new business, capex and business improvement initiatives.> Design, develop and implement pricing methodologies and analytical models that optimize profit contribution > Oversee a team of 5 Commercial and Master Data professionals. The team's responsibilities include commercial planning and reporting, commercial business analysis, and commercial implementation of revenue growth management opportunities> Regularly engage with key stakeholders and lead discussions on commercial performance, including recommendations to the Executive team on the allocation of financial resources> Lead other ad hoc requests/analysis/projects related but not limited to Business Profitability

Responsible for stakeholder engagement and all Commercial and Financial aspects for the site with the single Customer: Coles.> Contract management to ensure the best financial outcome within required contractual requirements> Manage Commercial financial aspects of the site, providing advice and recommendations to Senior Management, seeking better financial outcomes> Driving efficiencies to ensure contract remains financially viable, delivered better than budget, and maximising revenue> Development and presentation of budgets and forecasts > Capex management and Balance sheet reconciliations

Responsible for profit improvement initiatives, financial reporting, and budget and forecasting preparation for all distribution centers at national level.
