Assisted in the Maintenance and upkeep of over 20 properties under the supervision of Rich Fletcher. Observed and quickly learned how to manage and run a business efficiently, keep track of multiple properties, and interact with tenants and potential tenants. Led a group of 18+ kids through day to day activities. This included 9-hour days at the camp, day trips, and overnight trips. Overcame obstacle of learning to communicate with people who operated differently and expanded knowledge of management of people who don’t cooperate as well as others.
