I have 30 years of customet service experience. I started when I was 15 years old working for my fathers Limousine and Valet company. I first started helping my father as a ticketer for his valet company, slowly moving to a management role. As a manager my duties grew as a business operator including accounting, training and training new employees. opening new accounts, payroll and making sure our customers were always happy with our services.By the age of 20 i decided to go on a different route. I started working grocery retail company called Vons. my first job was being a courtesy clerk. Then promoted to deli, bakery, meat, dairy, back up file clerk, inventory control, cashier , bookkeeping, supervisor and acting assistant manager.After 21 years with the grocery industry I switch to Pharmacy retail giant CVS as an assistant manager. In which essentially I did the same challenges as with Vons. Both great conpanies.After 3 years of working with CVS, I had to switch jobs due to an injury. Started to work at AAA under the membership and policy management group.All three different companies, but they do have one thing in common.... striving to have the best customer service.
