This role utilised my ability to navigate the multifaceted demands of large-scale construction efforts, fostering innovation and supportive teamwork to surpass project milestones and enhance operational efficiency.A brief history: LOR:After qualifying as a Civil Engineer, I joined Laing O’Rourke (LOR) as an engineer and worked on numerous contracts through my 12 years of employment , being promoted to Project Manager and then Contracts Manager. I gained experience on numerous construction project types ranging from redevelopment of the Royal Opera House to managing all precast on -site installation. During this period I I obtained my chartership (MICE). Ardmore:In 2004 I was employed as an Operational Lead , successfully delivering numerous contracts. These included retail parks, hotels, student accommodation and residential schemes.Mace:Work commenced in 2012 to head up the delivery of a multi-million pound regeneration project. During the delivery of this Project I was also involved in leading preconstruction teams, securing two major projects. LOR:In June 2016 I returned to Laing O'Rourke, successfully delivering a complex engineering structure near Paddington Station. I then lead a team to win and deliver one of the largest mixed use schemes in central London. During this period I returned to higher education, obtaining my Masters at Cambridge University.Kier:In 2023 I joined Kier Construction as a regional Director, responsible for the delivery of all the Private Sector works within London. The role included management of teams from work winning, delivery and aftercare.
