I was part of the UX team at GAVB, a Big Data consultancy recently incorporated by Boticário Group (Brazil's largest franchiser), where I was able to engage in four different types of experiences:- Supporting data product (dashboards and artificial intelligence models) projects being done inside Boticário Group and also for external clients, advocating for the principles of user-centered design and collaborative ideation;- Inception and design of an OKR and growth experiments management system;- Assessment of value proposition and market positioning of digital products belonging to Boticário Group;- Benchmarking and trends research for user-centered data product innovation.

At Dragon Venture Capital, I was responsible for doing business and tech trends research, in-depth user interviews, user personas, design sprints, high-fidelity prototypes and usability tests in order to ideate and validate incremental innovation initiatives for apps in the gastronomy industry.

ilegra is a global design, innovation and software consulting company.At ilegra, I worked with User Experience Research and Design in projects for large corporations in the surveillance, agriculture, banking and global trade industries.

NUTED works with the development and utilization of digital technology for education, integrating the research done by an interdisciplinary group of professors and undergraduate students. During my time working at NUTED, I developed the project "InComputer: augmented reality supporting the digital inclusion of the elderly". Hoop is a SaaS B2B startup company which develops systems for home decor stores aiming to accelerate, improve and organize their sales and customer service. As a Product Design Intern, I had the chance to work in the creation of a product information management (PIM) platform, in processes related to user journey mapping, value proposition design, user interface design, creation of video and text tutorials, copywriting, user onboarding and usability and concept validation tests.

Faísca Design Junior is the junior enterprise linked to the Design courses at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Its main purpose is to be a platform for the personal and professional development of undergraduate students through business experience. As President, I got involved in activities related to strategic planning, execution of lectures and events, organizational alignment and restructuring, project negotiation and planning and bureaucratic procedures.

Working as Human Resources Director, I had the opportunity of engaging in selection processes, team facilitation, organizational climate research and interviewing.

As a Designer at the Junior Enterprise, I was able to improve in the practice and management of Design projects.
