Almost everything can be taught, but then there are a few things that can’t.I am a proud member of the working class who has advanced my career, not through formal instruction, but through real world work experience and hands on self learning. I am results driven and thrive under pressure. I have over 15 years Management and Customer Service experience, while working a wide variety of Sales, Operations, and Supervisory roles. I have been able to compliment that with 6 years of technical training and experience in repairs and maintenance. I feel this has given me a solid foundation and abilities to tackle any situation or circumstance that may present itself.During any given day, under the title of Plant Manager, I am a Maintenance Technician, Production Tech and Shipper/Receiver. From inventory control to product out the backdoor, I oversee each step of the production process. This involves setting daily production goals and work schedules for staff, monitoring employees, purchasing, arranging shipments of goods to and from our facility, and repair/resolve any issues that arise during the production schedule. I excel at Time Management and Multitasking, which are major skills needed to ensure company goals/targets are met.
