Based on a vision for a new range of SaaS products for eye-tracking analysis, I led the technical design and subsequent engineering to build, secure (incl. external pentest) and operate the product. The key challenge was to balance the short term interest of time to market for the first application with the longer term interest to provide reusable services and components for rapid buildout of future applications and incremental support for upcoming eye-tracking hardware.Worked closely with product management roles to support in defining e.g. feature roadmap, business model and in taking strategic technology decisions.Tech stack: AWS Serverless, Backend: Python/FASTAPI, Frontend: Typescript/React
