Engineer, Keyboardist, Singer Songwriter, Producer and Technology Geek Gus Lozada has been making music since a very early age.In year 2000, he started writing as a freelance contributor for Keyboard Magazine which got him also involved in the forums of MusicPlayer.com where he ended up moderating the first forum in Spanish for that community, "Nuestro Foro"​. In 2006 Craig Anderton granted him the honour and responsibility of writing the "21st Century Recording"​ monthly column for EQ Magazine for one entire year, and kept writing as a contributing editor for EQ and KEYBOARD magazines until both magazines were absorbed by "Electronic Musician"​. Gus has also written articles for Sound:Check (Mexico), Music:Life (Mexico) and Musico Pro magazines, among others.His band, WoM, released two albums, one in the US with Universal Latino and another one in Mexico with Iguana Records, with their respective videos being played through cable networks MTV Latino (Miami), TeleHit and Ritmoson Latino.He was M-AUDIO / Pro Tools / AKAI Applications Specialist for Latin America for 14 years, where he became the ambassador of the most modern technology in music-making in all the spanish-speaking countries, due to the thousands of audio clinics he has hosted throughout the years in more than 25 countries. Now considering himself a retired rockstar, Gus rocked across the entire continent during 2014 as the keyboardist of legendary Chilean band "La Ley"​ in their comeback tour.Gus is currently the Latin America’s Sales Manager for PreSonus, a Specialty Brand of Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and must tour all across Latin America spreading the gospel of the StudioLive way."I firmly believe that it's only through education that you can make solid business in Latin America, and by knowing the LATAM market upside-down and with the added expertise on being behind the controls in the studio and playing onstage with the top artists, is how I can understand and satisfy the actual needs of my target market".
