I am responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that empower our global teams, partners, and customers with the technical knowledge they need to effectively deploy, manage, and optimize NETGEAR's cutting-edge networking solutions.For NETGEAR AV, I lead the creation of specialized training curricula that focus on the unique requirements of Audio-Visual networking, including AV over IP and the latest innovations in AV networking technologies. My goal is to ensure that our partners and customers are well-equipped to leverage NETGEAR AV solutions for seamless, high-performance AV experiences.In the NETGEAR IT sphere, my efforts are centered on educating global teams about advanced IT networking concepts, including WiFi 6/7, cloud-based management through NETGEAR Insight, cybersecurity best practices, and emerging technologies such as multi-gig networking. I design and deliver training that enhances the technical proficiency of our global audience, helping them stay ahead in the rapidly evolving IT landscape.My role involves not only developing training content but also delivering it through various channels, including in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and e-learning platforms. Responsible for the development and delivery of Audinate's standardized training and certification program throughout the EMEA region, including in-person presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and remote webinars.Responsible for executing train-the-trainer sessions to enable key partners to deliver Dante training on their own, conducting the training in multiple languages.Key Responsibilities:• Develop training content, including upfront course objectives, training material, training guides, assessments, and certification.• Oversee and deliver on-going, in-person training and certification sessions.• Work with partners and channel partners to plan training events.• Deep domain expertise with Dante, audio engineering and advanced networking.• Knowledge of emerging technology in the broadcast and Pro AV markets around SMPTE 2110, IPMX and AES67.• Ability to take technical concepts and communicate them in an easy-to-understand way.• Creation of video content, including shooting, editing, adding graphics, and rendering the final output.
