My role as Product Owner @Simployer consists of managing the development and enhancement of our HR tech software products and services. The primary responsibility revolves around understanding the needs of customers and stakeholders, translating these requirements into actionable tasks for the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of features and functionalities that align with the overall product strategy.

Growth Manager:- Prioritizing and implementing experiments, mapping out growth loops, data driven user behavior analysis and conversion tracking, as well as higher-level strategic planning, methodology, project management, evangelizing etc.- Lead for growth initiatives through optimizing our online channel. - Drive, maintain and document a hypothesis driven prioritization process for conversion optimization and full-funnel growth experiments and secure that we define, build, analyze and present A/B/n or multivariate tests.Web Manager:- Product Manager for Web Team - Overall responsibility for all public websites @ Simployer. Responsible for Web roadmap/backlog; continuous development; new features/improvements. - Defining requirements and user stories, securing high-quality epics.- SEO, CRO - hands on as well as on a strategical level.
