Fintechpodden is a podcast hosted by myself and my co-host Johan where we discuss the Fintech landscape, new startups and trends often through interviewing leaders and founders that are active in the Fintech space. To date, 'Fintechpodden' has been downloaded over 25.000 times and we have interviewed over 50 leaders from startups, fintechs, and banks/financial institutions from the industry.

In my role as a Product Manager at Lendify, I led critical initiatives to enhance regulatory compliance and streamline financial processes, with a focus on transaction monitoring, customer onboarding, and loan management systems.Third-Party Integration for Regulatory Compliance: Managed the integration of a third-party solution for analyzing and monitoring transactions, ensuring compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) regulations. Collaborated with compliance teams to implement robust monitoring protocols.

Ivan on Tech Academy is a one of the biggest online e-learning platforms and community for education within blockchain technology. As product manager in the team, I was driving the development of the platform forward. Main responsibilities included establishment of Mixpanel, Data analysis of user behaviours, student/customer interviews, Business Development in the form of both what features to build and which educational content to add on the platform. Other responsibility was to handle partnerships with external partners such as other b2b platforms, companies active in the blockchain space and universities.

As team leader in Customer Centric Banking department, which is a newly started department within TietoEvry Financial Services focusing on innovative projects in financial services my main responsibilities was managing consultants, finding new opportunities and initiate projects. Also part of the Financial Services pre-sale team in early stages of potential projects where we worked close with customers to define and identity new projects primarily within banking, investing and personal finance.

Positioned within Evry's Innovation Hub under Financial Services with the mission to help banks and financial institutions to innovate more. Currently working on an Open Banking project with one of the largest banks in Sweden. Participating as an expert in the European Banking Associations (EBA) Cryptotechnologies, IoT and Smart payments working group with the goal to drive innovation and thought leadership in order to assist and help navigate the future of EBA member banks.Helped clients by conducting pre-study and analysis of business requirements of existing systems for improvements. Based on the pre-study I have designed UX-proposals using Sketchapp that I have used in presentations for clients including handover to developers.

EVRY Innovation Hub is an integrated division of EVRY Financial Services that supports banks and other financial organizations with IT related services. Currently serving 150 clients in 12 countries. As a junior consultant in the Innovation Hub I work in a cross functional team together with stakeholders from EVRY and our clients to develop new services and products for our customers. We work in agile sprint programs based on the design thinking philosophy. Currently working on an Open Banking project with one of the largest banks in Sweden as stakeholder. Previous projects include:• Process roadmap for implementation of a new API-management platform• Pre-study of a new developer portal and sandbox • Evaluation of bank integration with fintechs• Investigation of new business opportunities that comes with the new PSD2 regulation• Technical preparation for the PSD2 regulation• Creation of new business models based on the banks new technical capabilities

Gustaf participated in EVRY Innovation lab Internship. Together with a team of three persons he worked in design sprints to come up with innovative ideas within Open banking and financial services. Each sprint included industry benchmarking, customer journeys, basis for strategic decisions and new ideas and concepts which were presented at at one of the largest banks in Sweden. The project lasted for four months and led to Gustaf being employed as a junior consultant at Evry Innovation Hub.

Gustaf helped small companies with their digital marketing and growth possibilties. Here Gustaf got to use his knowledge in digital marketing which furtherer developed his experience within e-commerce. The project was held over a period of one year and included several workshops together with all companies that participated in the project.

Meanwhile studying Gustaf worked at Avanza Bank where his goal was to make it easier for people to manage their savings. It was a very valuable experience for Gustaf which created a good understanding for the financial market and digital services. Alongside my studies I' been working part time at Taxi Stockholm Office. My work tasks were traffic management, technical support and operator.
