I am passionate about the challenges involved in transforming behaviors, cultures, and organizations to achieve operational excellence. With a solid track record of delivering sustainable and ethical results, I thrive on challenging the status quo, creating visionary strategies, and mobilizing teams to deliver exceptional value and outcomes for both people and organizations.Over the past few years, I have successfully implemented various operational and process excellence methodologies (Lean, TPM, DMAIC) in both mature and rapidly growing organizations. My roles have ranged from consultant and Continuous Improvement Manager to my current position as Global Process Excellence Trainer & Coach at Telia Company. These assignments have encompassed strategy deployment, project management of critical transformations, hands-on leadership, and coaching. Recently, I certified more than 50 process managers at Telia as Process Champions, equivalent to Six Sigma Green Belt certification, showcasing expertise in lean thinking and the Six Sigma DMAIC approach.Digitization and simplification of work processes are also areas of great interest to me. I have managed projects like the digitization of JDE's Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) and utilized digital facilitation tools like Miro at Telia to simplify processes with support of intelligent automation and BPM.My entrepreneurial mindset has led me to establish businesses, initiate charity projects, coaching senior leaders and athletes, and educate university students in Lean & Leadership at Uppsala University.I simply have a passion for unlocking the potential of people and organizations.
