Implement guarding to machinery complying with OSHA and ISO standards.- Process development. Traveled to a sister factory in Tarragona, Spain, for training and to acquire knowledge of wire drawing process, from quality of the product, to a management and mechanical perspective.- Wire Drawing Project completion and implementation within proposed budget and time frame.- Project planning from conceptual/design stage to final implementation.- Development of improvements to existing safety devices, procedures and production equipment.

PROJECT ENGINEER - Wire Drawing - Lighters (2014 - 2014)- Led all engineering phases of a wire drawing project to make factory self-sufficient on its own raw material, with a budget of $2.2M. Trained at sister factory in Spain for three months, to gain all necessary knowledge and develop professional relationship with other countries. Completed project on schedule and $100K under budget.- Served as translator when dealing with our sister factory in Spain.
