Gustav contributed in a Business Analyst role in varius projects and deliveries, the main delivery was to create and prepare a Data Migration and cutover for a big client, involving the whole clearing and trading cycle. Besides the main delivery Gustav also worked with General Ledger requirements, meaning translating clearing and trading activities to bookings on the General Ledger. This assignment was also unique due to that the onboarding was done from home, as well as all work the first six months. Gustav contributed with his banking experience, which is closely connected with Nasdaq's products.

Gustav contributed as a Project Manager in the AML Project, within Swedbank Swedish banking. Gustavs role was to connect and guide the project to the requirements of Swedish banking and to lead and support the team members 20-25 FTE in doing this. Gustav gain knowledge and insight both as PM and in the AML field. During this project Gustav could successfully connect the project to Swedbank due to his extensive banking and finance experience.

Gustav contributed in a Business Analyst role in the MDP Project, where the overall goal of the project is to start report credit risk models to ECB, as a consequence of the re-domicile to the European banking area. During this assignment Gustav worked with various aspects of Credit risk Reporting, Documentation and Product Management. Gustav contributed with being a facilitator and connector between the projects and other internal Stakeholders, both IT and Business. Gustav also gained knowledge about risk reporting and the definition of default, and how to apply this is sourcing and modelling with ECB as the end consumer. During this project Gustav also contributed with the definition of Epics and ways of working in a SAFE project. This project had also the benefit of viewing the finance value chain from yet another dimension.

Gustav contributed as a Business Analyst role in the GAI 2.0 Project. During this assignment Gustav worked with the Change Management aspects of the GAI 2.0 Project, mainly focusing on analyzing the upcoming GAI 2.0 impact on a specific Nordea subsidiary, this meant having extensive contacts with a large number of units around Nordea and again proving Gustavs excellent ability to navigate in big organizations. The assignment also included working according to the SAFE methodology.

Gustav contributed as a Business/IT Analyst in the Nordea Treasury and Asset Liability (TALM IT) area, in a upstart of a project to improve the Nordea Hedge Accounting capabilities. The assignment included working out a project scope, creating requirements and aligning the project scope with the IT and Enterprise architecture.

Business/IT Analyst in LSP2 project. LSP2 was the re-domicile of Nordea from Sweden to Finland. Gustav contributed as a business/IT Analyst role in the LSP2 project in the Treasury and Asset Liability Management Area (TALM IT). The core work task was to secure that the Treasury applications could deliver financial and regulatory reporting after the re-domicile of Nordea, which meant extensive contacts with numerus business departments and extensive development of new regulatory and financial reporting. In the LSP2 project work tasks included organizing workshops, hosting scrum-meetings, collecting requirements and all other parts of the development lifecycle. Gustav did also coordinate Go live activities such as Runbooks and Dress Rehearsals.
