English Debating Society is an organization that is specialized in training as well as improving public speaking as well as debating skill. during this time i acted as a project staff as well coordinator for public relation during EDS/GMDS recruitment here are several contributions :- coordinating 5 members of public relation team during recruitment event- managed to gain more than 60+ applicant during the recruitment event- producing 10+ contents on social media, guidebook, as well as posters.

Annual Petroleum Competition and Exhibition (APECX) is an annual competition event organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers UGM, in this event I act as the Project Officer for the business case competition with various things that I do are as follows:- Designing and determining the entire competition activity that will be carried out both in terms ofscheduling, and the assessment matrix that will be carried out- collaborating with external parties in terms of achieving the success of the event in this case working together with180 DC UGM as a case collaborator, as well as other external parties such as judgesand so on.- Succeeding in creating a competition system that is able to process assessments with a punctuality level of reaching 100% and designing the system to be able to process dozens of proposals sent by participants.- coordinating the event with various other divisions when the final is held, in this case working together with the liaison officer to ensure the timeliness and success of the event.- overall coordinating APECX 2024 business case competition

coordinator of the special team analysis division of BEM KM UGM. tasked with various event projects and conducting analytical studies on issues that occur in Indonesia. My contributions as secretary are as follows: - Create a tracking system to monitor various programs run by TPO BEM KM with monitored programs reaching 8 different work programs within a certain 1 month. With this system, it helps in supervising the performance of the TPO division as a whole- Work on various bureaucratic needs when there is a need for borrowing rooms and so on.

TPO BEM KM analysis division is a TPO division that is specifically designed to assist the BEM KM analysis field. When becoming the analysis division coordinator, the role is- coordinating the involvement of the TPO analysis division in work programs carried out jointly with the analysis ministry including dialektika, BEM KM sekolah politik, and writing other studies- contributing to the creation of 2 studies made by BEM KM including a study on the EBT Bill and a study of August 17, 2023 BEM KM.- becoming a coordinator in 2 internal upgrading events for the analysis section for TPO. With a success rate of the upgrading event reaching 90% seen from the number of participants who successfully completed the tasks given by the mentor and the evaluation of the writing after the upgrading event was completed.

FRFnB division plays an important role in terms of1. raising funds for SOERTI 20232. being responsible for consumption during the eventin this division I was given the responsibility of designing key chains as one of the commodities for fundraising and general marketing in total 6 other commodities including T-shirt, bag, and other forms of products. In this case I succeeded in- contributing to meeting sales targets with a total income of 105% higher than the expected target.- contributing to the creation of 2 key chain designs that were successfully sold reaching more than 80 units- succeeded in creating a marketing program that has sold more than 200 products.- coordinating the creation of merch advertising videos which gain more than 2000 views.

PT Victory Rotanindo is a company engaged in the manufacture of rattan furniture for export.In the 1-month manager trainee program, I have contributed in terms of- updating the documentation of more than 20 types of furniture products produced by the company. The documentation includes things like costs and components needed- contributing to the examination of export documents required for 2 different exports carried out during the internship period.

As a division coordinator my responsibilities are as follows:- designing routine training schedules as well as special training schedules involving debate coaches to train directly- responsible for the achievements of members in the debate division- responsible for bureaucracy when including teams in debate competitionsin this case I have succeeded in- scoring more than 10 debate competition achievements with each member having at least 1 achievement- successful in scheduling routine training with a scheme of 6 days in 1 week for 1 management period- playing a role in various debate projects such as SMASH competitions and internal organizational events
