I am responsible for Talent Management across the entire recruitment process, both internally and externally. This involves working with hiring managers to ensure a quality recruitment experience and leveraging my expertise to add value to the process. I am part of the global Talent Acquisition team based in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, and Lithuania. My specific responsibilities include:• Quality-assuring recruitment with a focus on competence-based recruitment• Acting as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for three large units within Telia Company (Telia Infra, Telia B2B Sweden, and Division X Sweden)Division X is dedicated to exploring and developing new business opportunities through innovative technologies such as IoT and cloud services. By working with Division X, I help ensure that our recruitment strategies attract top talent who can contribute to these forward-thinking projects, supporting Telia Company's mission to lead in digital innovation.

I help startup founders build amazing teams at Stockholm Innovation and Growth (Sting). Our team of two is helping a subset of our 300+ startups doing roughly 70 recruitments a year.Furthermore, I advise startups in recruitment processes, leadership, onboarding, organizational culture, and labor law. In addition to this, it also includes running and implementing processes such as internal recruitment and workshops, both for Sting and Sting's companies.I implemented ”Team Insights session” for Stings startups: personality mapping (big five). The main purpose of the three-hour session is to: -Understand team strengths & opportunities.-Increase team- and self-awareness. -Provide the basis for team discussion and development.-View how top candidates (when recruiting) fit into their team.
