Financial Assistant
Current* Assist with account operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entry, month-end tasks, general ledger, and financial reports.* Ensure accurate and timely payment of bills & invoices.* Assist with banking transactions including wires/ACH payments, collections, and debt covenant compliance.* Assist with transactions, expenses, payments, reconciliations, reporting, etc. in QuickBooks.* Track and record company purchases and collect receipts.* Collect employee timesheet submissions and assist in processing payroll.* Update Salesforce accounts, tasks, events, opportunities, contacts, and invoice schedules for the sales team.* Assist the Human Resources department with processing and maintaining employee files, distributing correspondence, and upholding company policies.* Filing invoices, expenses, receipts, bank information, and other documents.
