 Analyzes and solves problems from basic engineering principles, theories and concepts through to a wide range of complex and advanced problems. Plans, organizes and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule.  Provide support to the manufacturing organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area to optimize existing processes and to ensure that production goals are met. Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products. Interface with quality and R&D and development organizations to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area. Mechanic, electric, pneumatic Design/Diagrams/Installations for current or new systems.

 Program PLC and HMI for new R & D’s projects. Mechanic, electric, pneumatic projects for new R & D’s systems (design, electrical and pneumatical schematics, installation, etc). Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.  Oversee work in operation and maintenance of facility systems Fire systems, HVAC equipments (4, 15, 20, 40 Ton), Compressed air equipment, Vacuum pump system, high/low voltage, DI water system, Clean rooms (100K, 10K) Direct the maintenance of the facilities/building and exterior grounds and landscaping.  Control cost of utilities.  Ensure training needs are met.  Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance program.  Control spare parts inventory  Maintain record of equipment repairs.  Supervise contractors retained for equipment installation.

 Programming, troubleshooting installation of PLC’s (siemens). Design PLC programs specific to Reverse osmosis and project requirements. Provide through testing of machine functionality to verify PLC program completeness. Troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrics, mechanics etc). Drawing electrical and control schematics, mechanic, hydraulics for reverse osmosis equipments and other projects (machines). Responsible for testing, measurement and installation the new equipment for flow, pressure, current, voltage, servicing and repair of utility systems, facilities, and support. Responsible to install, supply the facilities for different machines installed in the field: Unscrambler, Printer, Rinser/filler/capper, Labeler, Heat shrink packer etc (High speed machinery). Training the operators for the different machines with the purpose that all systems are maintained and operating properly.

 Responsible for the facility, corrective and preventive maintenance for the different equipments installed in the factory:  Responsible for keeping an effectively inventory of maintenance shop items and maintenance tools. Assist with employee training and equipment set-up as needed, calibration of pharmaceutical process equipment, systems, solid/liquid/creams dosage form, manufacturing equipment, water systems, packaging, HVAC and plant utility systems and QC laboratory equipment. Responsible to install, supply the facilities for different machines installed in the factory: (High speed machinery). Responsible for the general system injection and air extraction, water purification system purify by reverse osmosis, compressors kaeser (air pressure system). Responsible for the programming of temperatures, pressure, frequency controllers, PLC’s (Allen bradlley, Siemens) etc.  Participate in controlling budget, cost building contractor and coordination of repair activities and services from outside vendors, contractors. Supervising technician and the correct operation of the different equipments in the factory. Maintain equipment repair log and preventive maintenance records.  Maintain spare parts removal log.  Implemented training course for new recruits (operators, technician (mechanic, electrical, boiler operator).
