Global Head of Administration and Finance. Oversaw the regional Administration and Finance function in 12 countries and their Holding companies, reporting to the CEO. Member of the Board of Directors of several companies of the Group (UK and Switzerland) and AC Insurance (insurance company located in Guernsey). In charge of the following areas: Planning and Performance Management, Budgeting; Accounting; Tax; Finance; Treasury; Sales Administration; Billing; Credits and Collections; Procurement, and Operations. Responsible for the overall financial administration of Assist-Card Group. My main duties were: the approval and monitoring of annual business plan (consolidated and individual per country); approval and analysis of financial statements (consolidated and individual per country); corporate tax planning; monthly/quarterly/annually Board/Shareholders presentations; definition, implementation and monitoring of the financial strategy of the Group (investment assessment, cash flow, financing policies, negotiations with banks and suppliers); development of the corporate structure. The CFOs of each subsidiary reported to me, as well as the Director of Operations (located in the Free Trade Zone of Montevideo). I led several M & A due diligences in Latin America (absorbing the operations acquired in the international structure.).

In charge of the following areas: Accounting and Control, Taxes, External Reporting, Commissions, Budgeting Control and Fraud Control; reporting to the CFO. My responsibilities, among others, were: - Planning the Company’s accountancy; - Preparation, control and analysis of Financial Statements in Pesos pursuant to argentine GAAP and the National Stock Committee, and of Financial Statements in US Dollars pursuant to U.S. GAAP and S.E.C (Security and Exchange Commission) regulations; -Shareholders reports; - Tax planning (supervision of the national and provincial tax payments, regulations, etc.); - Commissions settlement (direct and indirect sales, collections, rewards); - Dealing with Official Representatives.Member of Ethics & Compliance Committee.
