As a director in the company I actively strive to help Folder IT grow and become better every day. Examples of this are reviewing and improving the company security policies, leading the system architects team and actively talking with potential customers and partnership opportunities

As a system architect my main task is to discuss business requirements and put in place recommendations on how to best support them from a technical point of view, both from a system wide level (overall strategy) all the way down to specific services, potential technologies & acceptable tradeoffsThese recommendations are not only constrained to specific software pieces and technologies but are also aligned to the overall strategy thus attending special requirements (e.g. PII management, data sovereignty) while also enabling system-wide level properties (e.g. high availability, recovery) and ensuring secure, cost acceptable solutionsI also work closely with the development team, acting as a technical leader when required, ensuring that the project moves forwards as expected and overseeing the team’s technical debt periodicallyI have worked in a broad set of industries (Ag-tech, Social networks, Marketing, Finances, etc.) and with all kind of team sizes

Coordinación y supervision de soporte y atención a una gran variedad de sistemas de venta y distribución de la empresa.La diversidad de plataformas tecnológicas y la necesidad de cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de los límites propios de cada tarea hicieron de este trabajo un desafío que se renovó cada día.Tuve la suerte de trabajar con un grupo de personas activas y dedicadas con quienes conseguimos sortear todos los desafíos y hacer de esta una experiencia grata.También incluí entre mis tareas ayudar a detectar, analizar y corregir situaciones anómalas o deficiencias en los sistemas, contemplando el cumplimiento de todas las documentaciones complementarias a esta tarea.
