This role is part of a group initiative to set up a new franchise shop in one of the beautiful beach towns Mallorca offers, like Can Pastilla. Payroll process - BI LATAM - HR Partner with Finance

Advise and coach managers and business partners in people processes and practices.

* Responsible for the payroll process (40 accounts)* Landing process for new clients (International).* Managing and Schedule for the team (10 people).* Developing improvements and KPIs for the department.

* Implementation of new accounts (survey, validations, Go-live).* Coordinator of new client's requirements.* Analysis and set up legal dispositions.* Controller for the finance reports.

* Responsible for the payroll process (6 accounts, 3.000 employees).* Direct contact with clients (inquiries, simulations, meetings).* Legal outputs (SICOSS, SICORE, Payslips, Syndicate).* Other outputs and accounts entries.
