Metrology and Statistician Engineer Responsibilities:1. Planning and performing 100% Annual lay out for all Chrysler, Ford and GM Products, BOSCH, BMW, In House Calibration of all Metrology equipment (Optical Comparator, CMM, Micro Vu Video comparator, Tool Scope, Pull Testers, Indicators, Micrometers, Calipers, etc including all Floor Equipment and GO NO GO Gages, Design of GO-NO GO Gages, Perform Cross Section and Micro analysis on Crimp Terminals establishing acceptance criteria based in customer specs and TE Standards.Achievements:Reduction Calibration Expenses Implementing in House Calibration, Development and implementation of full Quality Lab System were including Quality Lab Manual, procedures, Establishment of Frequency and Accuracy required for each Measurements device, Development of Potential Technicians with high quality and Knowledge with different Measurement Systems providing adequate Training.

Molding Quality and Statistician EngineerResponsibilities:1. Development of PPAP including Control Plans, PFMEA, Flow Charts following the APQP reference Manual, Use of the 7/8 Steps Discipline to find the root cause and problem solution , Dealing with suppliers with non conforming material handling and Controlling and reducing the QC Hold account.Achievements:Reduction of 50% QC Hold account, Create and Implement the Non Conforming Material, Disposition in Normal Process and in Raw with daily MRB meetings.2. Perform Capability studies for all actual and new process, Implement FTC Charts, X-Bar Charts, Attribute Charts Using QA/S Software, Perform Reliability in actual and new machines, Control of Inspection, Measuring and test Equipment, performing Gage GR&R, Controlling the Calibration of all the equipment in Gage Track System.3. Implementation of Manual X-Bar Charts and FTC (First Time Capability) Charts in Molding Area and read across at all Value Stream.4. Monitor and monthly reports to corporate processes capabilies and action plans to reduce process variation and risk mitigation.
