Current• Build and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.• Collaborate effectively with various departments to drive process improvements using FICO Decision Management Platform• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the Enterprise Applications team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.• Utilize strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including requirement analysis, gap analysis, data analysis, and impact analysis using Python and DbVisualizer• Design use cases, perform business process modeling, and develop data models to support business goals.• Engage with business user groups to facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer and foster business acumen.• Gather and document business user requirements, ensuring they are translated into functional specifications.
