Key responsibilities:• Responsible for the E2E Supply chain and responsible for the Nutrition Sourcing Units (3 factories in North America – US & Canada)• Finance Business Partner to the VP Supply Chain Nutrition Category, providing the team with all financial support in variety of projects evaluated: examples are M&A, Sales of part of the business, Discontinuity of different channels or brands, Insourcing, Outsourcing, network studies, post evaluation of projects, Innovation Business Cases, Capacity extension and restructuring projects.• Responsible for SCC Forecast and Results analysis, driving the business to Profit goals. • Supply Chain Finance responsible in Senior Leadership forums (CEO, CFO and VPs).• Developing of financial modelling, DCF analyses, GM analyses and any financial KPIs needed to facilitate decision making process.• Control over E2E Savings – there are many different supply chain initiatives to drive cost savings for Unilever from material savings, loss reduction to manufacturing excellence initiatives and others.Continuous challenge of different departments to make sure that projects funnel is sufficient to deliver profit goals.• Benchmarking – support the team by providing insightful information on possible savings sources• Leading a team of 6 members (including one senior manager), managing their daily deliverables and development.

As part of Unilever’s North America Supply Chain Finance organization, this role is the Key business partner to the VP Supply Chain Foods & Refreshment Care portfolio reporting to the NA Supply Chain Finance Director. As part of Unilever’s North America Supply Chain Finance organization, the PMO role is lead the Project Unwind . Project Beck is an important project that intend to insource in North and Latin Americas operations several Supply Chain activities that currently being performed abroad. Reporting directly to the Americas Supply Chain Finance VP.Role responsibilities:• Responsible to define the methodology and metrics that will be used in the project, lead the multifunctional (including Finance, Tax, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR) team in the project agenda.• Guardian of project status, Project Timelines ensuring that project will be delivery on time in full.• Lead the communication between project team and senior leadership team (including Americas Finance/SC Board).

- Factory controller for 4 plants in the state of Pernambuco/Brazil.- Responsible for cost forecasting and Cost Analysis.- Responsible for material and conversion cost forecasting and monitoring. - Responsible for inventory and fixed assets controls; business decisions support and ad-hoc studies.- Plant capacity increase (capex) and sourcing evaluation studies supporting supply leaders in the decision process.- Negotiation and maintenance of tax benefits- Responsible for management and development of a 29-people team (5 coordinators).
