Analyst Risk in Citigroup: this is my actual work in the SSC of Citigroup in Oficentro El Cafetal and my tasks here are the creation of new accounts and the renewal of the accounts that are upcoming to be expired. Also we have a database where we have to update the records that we are working diary. In this job we have to work under pressure because depends on us the current process of the accounts of our clients.

Accounts Payable in Emerson Inc: I work there 1 year and 3 months and my tasks were the registration of the invoices that I received in my queue. Also I have to bring customer service to the approvers in USA or to the vendors that work with us, as example bring the status payment of some statement that our vendors send us. Also I work auditing the expense reports of the executives of the company, this is a very carefully task because we have to pay the Amex cards of the executives and the VIP of the company in countries like USA, Canada, Colombia, Chile and Peru. I learned the management of Oracle system, LES system and Data Serv system and basic knowledge of SAP system.

Was an experience of 2 years and a half in a SSC (Shared Service Center), where I worked as accounts payable doing the registration of the invoices that I received in my queue. I worked with Acon System (Old 2000 and New), the management of the invoices in USA, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Dubai, and others. Here the customer service was with the branches in United States and with the vendors.I worked over there in two departments that have as task the registration with the difference that in the first one “Urgent Checks” I printed the checks in the bank of USA and in the second one “Pre-Registration” my work was in the registration of the invoices with a due date. My work was again bringing the customer service need it to the students and future students who visit the University in San Jose. In this case the management of money was higher because the position was higher and I had to be very carefully when my boss brought me the money of the day in the morning and at the half of the day in order to recovery the cash fund. Cashier in Casino Fiesta Presidente: my work was again bringing the customer service need it to the people who visit the Casino in San Jose and play. In this case the management of money was higher because the position was higher and I had to be very carefully when my boss brought me the money of the day in the morning and at the half of the day in order to recovery the cash fund. (Cashier and cashier assistant, customer service in Auto Mac, waitress. others): my work was bring the costumer service to the people who vist the restaurant, including inside as Auto Service. I learned a lot about how is the experience of work when you bring costumer service to the people who visit you.
