- To provide advice on low and righ complex/value Brazilian Labour law matters and other employment law services, including health and safety and employee relations work, across Brazil and where appropriate, to assist the Head of Employment and Litigation EMEA LATAM in global advisory matters.- To manage the administration and reports of all employment matters in Brazil.- Co-ordinating and instructing external law firms with regards to employment law matters affecting the Latin America region.- Producing monthly and quarterly reports regarding all employment matters in Brazil.- Managing the finance administration for the Employment and Litigation team EMEA LATAM.- Providing business orientated commercial advice across all the Lines of Businesses on all aspects of employmentlaw including risk analysis on legal issues and cases and innovative ways to help the business achieve its goals and resolve disputes.- Represent the company in hearings.- Attend biweekly meetings by teleconference in English with lawyers from other countries to align measures and management strategy.- Analysis of labor risks in company's new contracts.- Participation in collective bargaining agreement with the union of the Telecommunications Workers.

- Defense confections, appeals and other legal procedures.- Hearing trackings.- Publications review related to the department.- Trainees’ performance oversees.- Responsible for doctrinal and jurisprudence researches.- Analysis of previous situations or conflicts in order to use the information already available to prevent repeating the procedures.
