Eu tenho uma alma inquieta e apaixonada por transformar e melhorar as coisas. Co-fundei startups de educação, e-commerce, SaaS, negócios locais e afins; foram mais de 9 no total, mas considero 5 dessas mais relevantes. Ali, sempre atuava em um triplo X: produto, marketing e vendas. Foi essa combinação que, em 2016, ao encerrar a 5º startup, me levou a ingressar na então jovem Conpass. Minha missão foi criar a área de marketing e posicionar a empresa como referência no Brasil. Nessa época, tive a oportunidade de ser mentorado pelo André Siqueira, co-fundador da Resultados Digitais. Fomos de pouco mais de 3 pessoas para próximo de 40; de 19 clientes para quase 400. Além disso, alcançamos quase 3 milhões de faturamento. Brinco que é uma combinação de Sales Forces, HubSpot e Oracle Cloud, mas com um time super enxuto. Atuei como Head de Marketing e Growth do Bling ERP, nesse processo ajudei as empresas a escalar o processo de aquisição, retenção e trabalhei na estrutura de PLG que levou a venda para o grupo Locaweb por 524 milhões de reais.
