• Strategic Planning: I participate with the Chief Administrative and Finance Officer, Vice President of Innovation and the Vice President of Corporate Engagement and Off Campus Operations to develop the overall strategy for Babson’s presence in the Miami area and Latin America.• Innovation & Business Development: I serve as Babson ambassador of the Miami HUB, working as a point for referral management with stakeholders such as Alumni & Friends, Graduate Admissions, CWEL, faculty, and others. I also develop opportunities that test new business models and delivery formats for the College.• Operations: I oversee the operations of the Miami Hub daily activities, including its budget, with the goal of building a broad portfolio of activities, events and programs, mirroring the types of activities conducted on Babson’s Wellesley campus in Massachusetts.• Recruiting & Admissions: I work in collaboration with the Dean of the Graduate School and the Director of Graduate Admissions to design and implement the recruiting strategy and admissions activities for Miami and Latin America. I also serve as a liaison between the Babson community in Miami and the Admissions Office in Wellesley.• Community Engagement: I am responsible for developing the presence for Babson College in the greater Miami area and to serve as the main contact for the Alumni and Friends Network (A&FN) in the Miami area. I work with various Babson offices, such as, but not limited to: Babson Executive Education, the Undergraduate School, and Babson Centers.
