• Responsible for the development of a $450M Mixed Use Town Center project that included 675K SF of Retail, 900 residential units, 100K SF of Office, 2,000+ spaces parking garages, and a $6M environmental remediation project. • Project tasks included: demolition of 1M SF existing shopping center, grading and utilities installation for 15+ lots for Residential, Commercial and Office development. • Worked with local and State regulatory agencies initially to acquire project approvals and later during the construction process. • Worked on budget creation and management of changes in coordination with institutional partner. • Produced project schedule and managed changes. • Managed team of Architects, Engineers, Planners, Landscapers, etc, to create project construction documents. Worked with A&E and Construction teams to value engineer project. • Negotiated legal agreements with contractors, consultants and vendors. • Conducted presentations about the project to local and state groups. • Worked with environmental community association to implement some of their ideas into the project. • Developed an 8,500 SF Community Life Center in a nearby Church as part of County’s Incentive program.

• Responsible for the management of the field operations on a $300 million lifestyle center, Village of Merrick Park, from the ground up. • Responsibilities included: • Managing tenant relocations and demolition of existing buildings, • Leading parking decks construction and offsite roadwork improvements, • Negotiating contracts with design firms and general contractors, • Developing budgets and schedules for the office tenant construction, managing cost tracking and budget forecasting, leading constant value engineering exercises, • Working with municipalities to meet their strict building standards, and developing the building standard criteria for tenant construction.
