My responsibilities:- Implementation of service tasks in the area of ABB robotics products. Providing service technical support for Customers.- Carrying out repairs and preventive inspections.- Service of ABB robots at customers sites.- Troubleshoots equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.- Cooperation in the improvement of service products.- Warranty and post-warranty repairs of ABB robots.- Programming of robots and related applications, programming improvements.- Create simulations in robotstudio for the system service team- Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintains a good relationship with customers. Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.- Prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities.- Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.- Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.- Provides training to customers at the ABB training center or at the customer's site. Basic programming, advanced programming, electrical maintenance, collaborative robot programming, multimove system, IRC5 system and Omnicore system.- Introduce maintenance contracts to customers.My Soft Skills:-Excellent interpersonal skills-Excellent customer handling skills-Ability to multi-task and prioritize work-Self-motivated-Ability to work with a team-Demonstration on a daily basis of a high level of personal integrity-Motivated for self-learning and development
