- Administration and coordination of molding processes, giving support in the correction of quality defects in plastic parts.- Certification of new products, developing processes to obtain parts according to customer requirements.- Support in corrective actions derived from a customer complaint supporting the quality area in 8 D's formats.- FMEA development and validation.

- Responsible for the molding area for transfer of injection machines, supervision in the installation of IMM and vibration welding machines.- Certification of process parameters, development of process sheets and preparation of documentation for the release of the product, such as SOP, flow charts, FMEA.- Analysis and implementation of the central resin system.- OEE, FTQ, scrap improvement.

- Certification of new projects, determination of process parameters in injection machines to obtain parts within quality specifications, implementation of special equipment if required by the tool, preparation of process sheets for release to the production area.- Installation and release of new equipment for injection machines, such as Cartesian robots, EOAT and peripheral equipment.- Support to the production area, implementing and evaluating changes in existing processes to improve product quality, productivity and equipment efficiency.- Development of capacity analysis in the molding area, evaluating the load balance in the different groups of machines to seek improvement in operational efficiency.- Support in the implementation of the "closed loop" Project that consists of the reuse grinder material in the injection process in order to save on the cost of grinder material scrap.- Support in the "Central Resin System" Project, giving savings in the cost of energy use due to the use of dryers, avoiding resin contamination, optimization in resin preparation.
