Collaborated on projects focus on particularly novel product concepts while working closely with leading partners in the FMCG industry.I was responsible for all aspects of conducting and managing research from the study design stage to the presentation of results to stakeholders. Said results were then successfully used to influence the further development of products, few of which later went into the market.

Assisted professors in instructing postgraduate students in computer science for the Design Ethnography and Mixed Reality Technologies modules. I also supervised and assisted said students in lab sessions as well as marking their coursework and exams.

Worked alongside product designers to explore the value of using data-based visualisations for the process of designing smart versions of consumer goods. I devised and evaluated a ‘data-inspired ideation approach’ to explore the value of these visualisation through design workshops.

Conducted neurophysiological studies to investigate the electrical activity in the brain associated with the perception of flickering light. The focused was on discovering frequencies of light which elicit strong neurophysiological responses without causing discomfort to the participants.

Designed and conducted experimental tasks, recruited and assessed participants through psychological evaluations and neurophysiological recordings, led the analysis of the resulting data, then published the findings in academic journals. I also had a supporting role in operational duties and ensuring that lab operations ran efficiently.

Supported senior researchers in studies investigating the influence of motion on memory retrieval. Implemented experiments in Matlab, recruited participants, conducted behavioural studies, then analysed the data and presented the findings to colleagues and supervisors.
