Service&Co is a distributed service design and product strategy consulting. It started by bringing together independent professionals with business modeling and design backgrounds to help companies innovate through a mixed approach of service design techniques and corporate strategic planning practices.

Advised companies such as LATAM Airlines, Cartão Elo and Seguros Unimed helping stablish their service innovation teams and workflows.Created Service Design Flow, which is a group of made by 14 Design/UX/CX/Innovation Managers from companies like Natura, Globo, Visa, Quinto Andar, Nubank, IBM, Itaú, among others.

The Euvaldo Lodi Institute is an education and career services provider. During 2014, I was the responsible for designing and managing their portfolio of customer facing services.

NEOCOM is a strategic consulting company based in Brasilia,DC. Started off as a junior consultant and during my last year I got to manage the company’s entire consultancy operations. By then was the ultimate responsible for keeping projects on track, quality assurance and mentoring for the project teams, managing client accounts and sales.

Started off as a junior consultant, assisting the senior team in diagnostics and internal reporting jobs, having become a full business consultant in 2 years, being the account manager for several clients in the Brasilia area, from both private and public sectors. Was part of the team that conceptualized and developed the “FlexSI” platform, which in two years time was considered one of the top 3 Balanced Scorecard management softwares sold in Brazil and was later bought by a large worldwide IT player.

Helped execute the daily operations of the HR team, especially regarding training and keep the sales teams up-to-date (flagship stores, authorized dealers, commercial agents and corporate sales) across the country.
