Over the last 20 years of Banking and Business Development I have had extensive formal training and on the job experience in Consumer Lending, Retail Lending, Commercial and SBA Workout, Commercial Business Development thru Private equity and Hard Money Lenders and Commercial Leasing Brokers. Recently,. I have been able to utilize my 20 years of Business Development Skills to build a network of Funding Sources for Business Clients in need of Capital for their business. I have now been able to use leasing products to be able to finance equipment purchases and to raise working capital thru “Sale Lease Back” Transactions. In the last 6 years working for Laredo National Bank / Compass Bank I was in charge of the Collections Department and then subsequently was the Special Assets Loan Workout Officer for BBVA Compass. As a Loan Work Out officer I have worked with Risk Management in Loss Mitigation in the liquidation of all types of Businesses. I have extensive experience in management, training, supervision of employees, and in outsourcing collections and accounts receivables. I am formally trained in all types of Litigation, repossession, foreclosure, Bankruptcies, counter lawsuits and Judgments. I have managed the sale and disposition of Real Estate thru a vast array of Realtors.
