Recently,. I have been able to utilize my 20 years of Business Development Skills to build a network of Funding Sources for Business Clients in need of Capital for their business. I have now been able to use leasing products to be able to finance equipment purchases and to raise working capital thru “Sale Lease Back” Transactions. In the last 6 years working for Laredo National Bank / Compass Bank I was in charge of the Collections Department and then subsequently was the Special Assets Loan Workout Officer for BBVA Compass. As a Loan Work Out officer I have worked with Risk Management in Loss Mitigation in the liquidation of all types of Businesses. I have extensive experience in management, training, supervision of employees, and in outsourcing collections and accounts receivables. I am formally trained in all types of Litigation, repossession, foreclosure, Bankruptcies, counter lawsuits and Judgments. I have managed the sale and disposition of Real Estate thru a vast array of Realtors.
