• Business analysis specializing in airline alliances, specifically interline and codeshare agreements.• Managing codeshare implementation projects with Singapore Airlines and TAP Air Portugal, and actively participating throughout the whole project life cycle (analysis, negotiation, implementation, and maintenance) as well as cross functional alignment with revenue, distribution, and sales teams.• Account management for strategic partnerships with Lufthansa Group, Iberia, Air France, KLM among other European airlines. • Revenue forecasting for the Alliances department and monitoring its performance.
