Member of a squad of Security Engineers supporting other security teams and business units as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security tools. These are some of the responsibilities: - Design, architect and implement technical solutions based on business requirements.- Perform regular maintenance to mature the service setup and ensure a healthy state.- Implement continuous improvements following business updates.- Adapt the service based on self-driven recommendations and user requirements.- Ensure service availability by continuous monitoring of resources, service usage and license utilization.- Identifying opportunities to improve security services and monitoring.- Act as a primary point of contact towards internal users in addition to conducting ongoing and on demand training internally.- Ensure and maintain compliance of the toolsets in scope for the various audits (ISO, SOX, etc.).- Conduct Proof of Concept/Value by researching technologies and evaluating vendors and products following industry best practices.- Support product and vendor decisions with planning, implementation and documentation.- Support team members on their tasks.- Maintain and develop detailed and up to date internal documentation.- Provide advice and guidance to other teams within the business on good practice and maintain relevant and current industry knowledge.

Responsibilities as a Product Manager (besides the DPO position):- Maintain the backlog of two softwares up to date;- Prioritize the backlog based on customers and market demands;- Talk to customers to understand their needs and gather new features to the softwares;- Provide monthly feedback to the company’s CEOs about the backlog and upcoming features;- Maintain the software’s technical description up to date and share it with other teams;- Reveal the new software’s release through periodic meetings, live streaming, etc;- Get the customers feedback about new features;

Responsible for:- The research of new technologies, improving a network security software’s backlog;- Study and specify how a new technology must work documenting it in the Atlassian Confluence system;- Demonstrate new technologies to the CIO and other teams;- Implementation of the Brazilian Data Protection Regulation (similar to GDPR) in the company;- Ensure that all the departments and the company are in compliance with the Brazilian Data Protection Regulation;- Provide solutions to improve data security in the company;- Elaborate internal politics to help all the teams to work with a data privacy mindset;- To support customers that might have questions about the company’s data politics;- To support customers on how they can improve the security of their information.

Responsibilities:- Gather information about customer’s network and servers to deploy the company’s network security software;- Data migration to the new software;- Deployment and training the following services: Firewall, proxy, Skype control and management, IDS/IPS, network routing, internet links balance/failover, DNS, DHCP, QoS, Antispam, Mail server.

- Responsible for computer maintenance lab; - Laboratory and on-site maintenance;

- Assist in the deployment of telephony and computer network projects; - Assist in the maintenance and installation of PABX
