Daily development of projects that enriched my portfolio, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, and TypeScript on the front-end, and Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, MySQL, Postman, JUnit, Swagger, and Heroku on the back-end. Additionally, I had the opportunity to practice communication, teamwork, forward-thinking, and leadership skills as one of the class representatives.I was pleased to assist my peers with content reviews, recognizing the value it brought not only to them but also to myself. The Elo7 Academy project was an initiative by Elo7 aimed at integrating enthusiasts into various areas of the company. I contributed to the conception of this model, and after a series of tests in Python and Java, I was the first selected among all participants to join the Software Engineering team. I worked there for three months on a full-time basis, observing the routine and developing solutions alongside the technology team.Additionally, I participated in workshops and contributed to the development of documentation and class materials. I joined the company out of interest in gaining insights into a startup. I initially worked in the customer service team, and in less than three months, I was invited to join more advanced teams. I handled customer inquiries via email and chat, reported system bugs, and had daily interaction with other areas of the company, such as Software Engineering, Sales, and Product.Additionally, I was the only member of the customer service team involved in Endomarketing, suggesting improvements and internal programs that promoted overall well-being.

When I decided to practice English, I began working in bilingual customer service for the Google Play Store in Brazil. I underwent intensive training directly from Google with instructors from the Philippines and became acquainted with the excellence of service through the L.O.V.E. methodology (Listen, Ownership, Voice, and Execution), which emphasizes personalized and humane customer interactions. I had daily interactions with Google teams in the United Kingdom, India, United States, Spain, and the Philippines. The experience with Google sparked my interest in the world of technology. I also served as the leader of the Google Committee, an internal committee facilitating management-operation mediation in various aspects such as process improvement, organizational climate, social initiatives, etc. I was responsible for the development and implementation of various projects to enhance processes, including the Master Workflow, Agent Dashboard, Weekly Newsletter, etc.
