At Smiles teamDuring the development cycle of the new Smiles app, I was responsible for the Customer Experience Monitoring and Research:- Managing the beta testers base with over 90,000 beta users with periodic reports on the new development stages;- Planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research;- Implementing the Qualtrics platform action plan for monitoring and applying recurring in-app surveys, connecting stakeholders in multiple teams and building research interfaces that projected important information on friendly and intuitive dashboards;- Support and guide the app team regarding the customer experience and best practices of UX focused on the KPIs. As a result, continuous and monitored research led to a significant drop in the number of errors and improved user evaluations progressively phase by phase;At GOL teamDuring my role focused on the customer experience of GOL VIP Lounges and partners, I was responsible for:- Planning, executing and analyzing a field study for the GOL VIP Lounges team. During the immersion phase, I've observed and analysed 11 lounges and conducted interviews, providing important insights and perceptions on site. As a result, I could identify the various contexts in which the lounges are used and gathered the main pain points and suggestions for improvements. The insights served to build the foundations of a work plan for revitalizing/rehabilitating lounges.- Conducting documentary research for Avianca VIP Lounges in Colombia, providing feedback from GOL/Smiles customers who visited the partner lounges. This research was complemented in depth with high-end customers.

I conducted usability tests through in-depth interviews using prototypes with Portuguese clients from the Housing Credit, Personal Credit, Life Insurance, and Real Estate segments, as well as from the Investment area. This work helped PMs, POs, and Product Designers understand errors and improvements in the designed user experience based on the real needs of the clients.I also helped POs better understand the prioritization of their backlogs and organized dynamics that could assist in this prioritization. To do this, I used facilitation methods to complete Research Canvases, CSD Matrices, and service design to understand how the products and services work.

Using Service Design methods, such as workflows and frameworks, along with research resources like internal questionnaires and focus groups, I helped capture the main requirements for creating a corporate project management center.This project directly impacted most of the company's business areas that require projects in partnership with IT, speeding up the evaluation and authorization processes for these projects.Through exploratory research with stakeholders and utilizing process and relationship designs, I identified the best ways to capture, analyze, distribute, and manage internal projects throughout the company, ensuring full adaptability to the work models of the various business units.
