During my mandate, my main achievements were the following:- Helped the team grow in terms of more human force and better preparedness with the help of a special committee created to support the main verticals of the team.- Created new learning content that helped each account manager to understand each step of their sales funnel and be better prepared.- Implemented new CRM tools from Hubspot to help organize the team's work schedule, centralize all the corporate client information generated, and allow the team to have a general knowledge of the overall state of the deals.- Lead the creation of new service offerings that added more value to our corporate collaborators.Overall, thanks to all these changes, the corporate relations team saw a precedent that completely changed it´s course, making it stronger, more efficient; all of which was accompanied by a growth in sales that continues to be reflected up to this day (2018-2019).
