Customer Growth Manager
CurrentIn my current role, I manage business expansion through strategic partnerships, conducting high-level negotiations, and overseeing extensive customer and partner portfolios. My responsibilities include driving commercial strategies such as up-selling and cross-selling, and engaging in consultative customer farming aimed at both retention and growth. I closely collaborate with the Director of Customer Growth and the CMO. Additionally, I work with the Directors of Client Services to further account development.● Report directly to the Growth Director and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), providing insights and updates on client accounts and business expansion.● Managed growth for an extensive portfolio of customers within 130 accounts, focusing exclusively on expanding business.● Responsible for managing brand advertising in digital spaces for major clients such as Walmart, Google, and Amazon across PPC and DSP advertising channels.● Accountable for a 22% growth of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for the sector, collaborating with 4 other Customer Growth Managers.● Analyzed customer behavior and usage patterns to identify consultive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.● Reduced support tickets related to product issues 15% by becoming a bridge between customers and product team.● Enhanced customer lifetime value (CLV) 30% through customer lifecycle analysis, pinpointing high-value customer segments, and executing focused engagement strategies.
