I enjoy developing strategies, proposals and processes, connecting existing resources in a different and creative way or adding new ones, to achieve and exceed the established objectives. I am empathetic, creative and possess a high level of common sense, which has helped me to be a mediator with the ability to understand the needs of all parties involved in a project. 26 years in the pay TV industry, with 15 years dedicated to marketing and sales. Throughout my career I’ve demonstrated repeat successes, One of my most significant achievements was with ESPN, during the period from 2015 to date, where in my main role, responsible for the Central American region, was to develop the commercial strategy, to grow the sale of advertising more than 100% throughout the entire channel platform (TV and Digital) in the region. As a result of achieving that, ESPN launched an exclusive signal for Central America focused on the region, generating new business opportunities and new content, which helped create adoc commercial proposals for customers of the region. I believe that interpersonal relationships, customer service and having a complete perspective of resources are a guarantee for success.
